The Toyota dealerships in and around Cincinnati I.e. KINGS seem to think they are above good customer service. Fed up we went South about an hour from our home. This is about the service center. I bought a certified 4runner and I get two checkups. I've been to that service center with other Toyota's and I never have any trouble with them. A lot of the service guys have been there for years, so they know Toyota's and they're good at what they do. They can take their experience from the previous Toyota models that they've worked on. They have a little gym and wifi and a little restaurant and she's very nice lady. The waiting area is clean and comfortable.
Great service with friendly, honest customer service! I wouldn't my take vehicles anywhere else I can always count on a quick, reasonable vehicle service.

From the time I walked in to the time I drove my new Camry off the lot, my buying experience was amazing. I went in with my offer and not only did they met the offer but offered me a cheaper price. They could not meet one of the accessories that I wanted in the truck so they substituted with another accessory at very little expense to me.

I drive 30 minutes to Dryridge Toyota for my SUV to be serviced because of the high quality customer service offered. The appointment times offered are flexible and the work is always completed in a timely manner. I also appreciate the the super friendly atmosphere. I can get a bite to eat at the little deli and watch tv or workout in the mini gym if I'm in the mood. Overall I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to be treated as valued customer even after they leave the lot with a new or used vehicle!
My wife and I recently purchased a 2013 Toyota Tundra from George Tierney and added accessories to it with the help of Mike Griese. Both gentlemen were very professional, and had a "low pressure" sales presence about them, which is why we decided to buy from Dry Ridge Toyota. We had looked at a dealer that was closer to where we live but were "turned off" by their high pressure sales tactics. We love our Tundra and feel we got a very fair price on it. We will definitly consider purchasing another vehicle from them.

Aprroximately, a year ago I found and bought a used Solara convertible online from this dealer. The purchasing experience was normal no particular outstanding events. Due to previous rudeness experienced in the body shop, I have been avoiding getting any type of maintenance done there. I have tried (pretty much) most all of the Toyota dealerships around Cincinnati/N. KY. While not the largest, it's easily the nicest ! In my opinion, it's really easy to get to also because even during rush hour, traffic south of Florence is much lighter than everywhere else. Everything about my visit was great. The employees gave me a couple minutes to look around and then catered to my every need. The sales associate Bennie was so nice and friendly.
