I purchased my vehicle from Dry Ridge Toyota in 2023. This year my Toyota subscription expired and I had some questions about it so I drove down to the dealership for assistance. Andrew Mahan and T.C. Eads were at the front desk area when I walked in and both of these guys helped me out. They were both very kind and was able to answer all my questions and assisted me with getting my subscription renewed and made sure it was working before I left. Every time I have gone to the dealership, I have always been pleased with the service.

I had a great buying experience here. Everyone was polite and knowledgeable. I was able to drive multiple times and felt no pressure. I would definitely recommend.

Although we did not come to an agreement, this was the best experience I could of hoped for while trying to buy a car. Simple, friendly, time-saving! Bernie was easy to work with and totally transparent! Thanks again!

The Toyota dealerships in and around Cincinnati I.e. KINGS seem to think they are above good customer service. Fed up we went South about an hour from our home. Seems like a big inconvenience but we weren’t going to compromise on quality so it had to be a Toyota, and we thought why put up with Rude, Cocky, Arrogant Sales people and managers who can’t be bothered with the details and pricing we felt were part of good customer service. Going South was the best decision we made! Marshall Dry Ridge Toyota listened, attentively, from the sales manager down they have their act together and made the car buying experience great! Mike Butts our sales person did an amazing job, if he didn’t know an answer he was immediately finding it for us. The whole team there at Toyota was So attentive and so full of team spirit you felt like you were buying a car from family or really good friends, and they gave us a really fair price without needing to endlessly negotiate or walk out the door to see if they are going to call you the next day with a fair price. The team at Marshall Toyota In Dry Ridge Ky. truly want to sell cars and it shows. The car buying experience should be like this, a great happy feeling of accomplishment, and satisfaction! We found it not so close to home but more than worth the drive!

This is about the service center. I bought a certified 4runner and I get two checkups. I've been to that service center with other Toyota's and I never have any trouble with them. A lot of the service guys have been there for years, so they know Toyota's and they're good at what they do. They can take their experience from the previous Toyota models that they've worked on. They have a little gym and wifi and a little restaurant and she's very nice lady. The waiting area is clean and comfortable.

Great service with friendly, honest customer service! I wouldn't my take vehicles anywhere else I can always count on a quick, reasonable vehicle service.

From the time I walked in to the time I drove my new Camry off the lot, my buying experience was amazing. The sales team were genuinely friendly and warm, and they made sure that I was comfortable and stress free as possible. They never once tried to pressure me, or made me feel uncomfortable. The service staff at Dry Ridge Toyota is friendly and fast. The staff as been accommodating to me over the last 3 years I've brought my car. Recently when I was feeling " under the weather" the staff made me a hot tea with honey.

I bought a used Corolla from Dry Ridge Toyota, I started having VVT problems with it about 6 months ago. I was still barely under warranty. Their mechanic, Woody tackled this problem time and time again. It was a frustrating experience, but I knew it wasn't their fault, more than likely it was the factories fault or the parts suppliers fault. Woody, their master mechanic and Kentucky Davis, their service supervisor never gave up and they were always looking for a solution. They even got in a engineer to take a look at my car. They definitely went above and beyond of what they had to do to make sure my car was fixed. They took care of it all and stayed patient with me. Their service department is top notch, from their manager, mechanics, and even the service advisors. If you need an auto repair or servicing done, take your car to Dry Ridge Toyota, they will be honest and look out for your best interest, they know their stuff when it comes to auto repair, servicing, and customer service.

My car was leaking oil while travelling from Canada on I-75. Mark Eldridge took it in right away and had the oil leak fixed. I was very pleased with the work and tremendous service.

I just came to the dealership for the first time and spoke with Josh Cook. The dealership is so nice, and I love that they have an area that kept my five year old occupied. Josh was great, and I am hopeful that we will be back to work with him in the near future!

I went in with my offer and not only did they met the offer but offered me a cheaper price. They could not meet one of the accessories that I wanted in the truck so they substituted with another accessory at very little expense to me.
